FUNCTIONALITY

Stepstone - Functionality

1) The BP owner hands his BP to a Stepstone representative (NAGA). This is only the case if the owner does not have the necessary skills or learning to research his BP or to produce goods himself. Members not in possession of a BP hand over their technical and scientific knowledge (Scientists and engineers). The BP owner owns all rights of his BP and can ask for these to be returned at any time.

2) The BP will be handed over to a scientist to ensure the required research to start a valid production run and to increase the value of the BP.

3) After research of the BP the production starts and the BP will be handed over to a member with production plants at central imperial space locations.

4) The finished products will be at the BP owner’s and members disposal (in this case production costs are to be paid).

5) In case of minimal demand of the members product, a minimum amount will be produced and sold publicly. The BP owner has the choice to either sell the product himself, or to entrust NAGA Shop™ with the sales of said product and to additionally profit from the company’s reputation. (NAGA obligates not to take any profit and to sell the entrusted products with full responsibility. Prices are set in advance and the proceeds will be given to the BP owner. In both cases the salesman obligates to hand over 10% of the net profit to the Stepstone project.)

6) Project Management Skill - 10% of all proceeds through the sale of finished tech2 products will go to StepStone to hold in trust. These funds will be used to subsidise sub projects, e.g. to purchase single skills in order to ensure the smooth production process or to start additional research projects (Project Management skills).<
