Highly sought after and reassuringly expensive, Damage Modifiers provide that extra punch that so often proves critical in offensive engagements. But they aren't the be all and end all. Like a horse and carriage they work wonders when married with other certain weapon modifiers. Don't forget ammo types and the effects they have too on the ability to inflict damage in differing circumstances.
