If ever the human race spawned the greatest living enigma, Rigz would be it. A stoical, taciturn character belies a warm heart, dry sense of humour and a laid back attitude that almost leaves the man horizontal! In fact Rigz's most common answer to anything is a lazy shrug of the shoulders. But interestingly enough he is also Perera's younger brother, and the two despite being chalk and cheese in personality, possess that quiet understanding held between siblings and woe betide anyone who stands between them - Perera is fiercely protective of him. Rigz has spent time in and out of N.A.G.A finding his own inemitable way in life but has recently rejoined in what we hope will be a longer stay. With him, from wherever he has been spending his time, he brings new found recycling, refining and piloting skills, indeed if it were his style to boast, Rigz would proudly assert that he can any Frigate in the world of EvE.
