Another founding father of N.A.G.A Corporation, Perera was a 'poor-little-rich-boy' when his family's proud military history practically press-ganged him into service of the Caldari Navy at the out-break of the Caldari/Gallente war. Perera's unruly behaviour toward his superior's earmarked him for several disciplinary hearings and it was only his inherent piloting abilities and canny strategic and tactical brain that saved him from the brig. Both he and Tzadkiel formed a close friendship after the Luminaire skirmish and it was under Tzadkiel's command that he learned to respect intelligent leadership, while Perera provided his Captain with attack and defensive strategy and tactical support. Both now are like older and younger brothers and aside from when a woman's touch is needed, they are where most of N.A.G.A's decisions come from. Meanwhile both Perera and San Tria possess a love-hate relationship that often simmers away underneath an otherwise harmonious corporation.
